I am always fascinated by the positive effects of yoga on Body and soul. I love the variety, from quiet Mindfulness exercises through to physically demanding Vinyasa flows.With my calm, balanced, precise manner and the connection between breathing and movement I want to create classes that Supports students to strengthen themselves at the same time and to relax.

Training (selection):
* Basic and Advanced Teacher Training, my shanti yoga / Shantissima 
Nuremberg (200 + 300 hours YA), including further training in the area 
Anatomy, pranayama, fascia yoga and prenatal yoga
* Thai yoga massage with Tobias Frank

* Anatomy in Motion by Matt Giordano
