Yoga is a wonderful birth preparation for body, mind and soul. I have been a mother myself since 2019. Before, during and after my pregnancy I attended and taught yoga classes. So I can empathize very well with this wonderful but sometimes demanding time.

Being careful with yourself and your body is particularly important during this intense time. In this course with a focus on relaxation, you can expect regenerative asanas tailored to the needs of expectant mothers. The focus is on exercises that relieve pregnancy symptoms such as back pain and strengthen your muscles in a gentle way. Through meditative sessions and conscious breathing, you will experience serenity and a deep connection to your child in your womb. Body awareness, conscious breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxation can promote a natural birth. I am happy to be able to accompany you on your path to physical and mental change!
