As a physiotherapist, yoga teacher and mother of twins, I will accompany you on the yoga mat through this exciting, special time.

  • Knowledge and perception of the pelvic floor

  • mindful preparation for birth

  • Accompaniment with your topics in a protected space

  • Exchange with other pregnant women in the Nuremberg area

Hi dear,


One evening during the week we practice yoga for pregnant women together - you can do so in the comfort of your own home. It doesn't matter which trimester you start in. You get an hour for you and your baby, relaxation and flexibility, mindfulness and preparation for the exciting time of birth and as a mother. For the comfort factor, please wear soft, non-constricting clothes on your stomach and have the following materials next to your yoga mat: 2 blankets, 2 pillows, 2 books/pads, a strap/belt, optionally a bolster. You should always have a water bottle with you.
