My first steps towards yoga were rather bumpy and for a long time I did not find any real access. Due to persistent shoulder and neck pain, I ended up in a regular yoga class about 7 years ago and suddenly it sparked. Today I am incredibly grateful that yoga not only improved my physical symptoms, but that the practice had a positive impact on my whole life. As a social pedagogue in child and youth work, the area of yoga with children and young people is of particular concern to me. One of my great passions is Thai children's yoga, which I like to pass on in workshops for parents and children.
