"Yin Yoga according to the elements and the seasons"
If you want to find your inner balance again, then you've come to the right place.
In the foreground of every lesson is a relaxing and regenerative yoga style such as Yin Yoga.
The asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra (sung formula in Sanskrit), mudra (hand gesture) and a guided meditation during Shavasana adapt to the seasons, so that a varied lesson is created.
The aim is to find balance, to establish the balance between the 5 elements on all levels, to experience calm, inner peace and deep relaxation.
The course is for everyone who wants to leave stress behind and release tension and blockages in the body.

Al corso di Yoga possono accedere tutti, dai principianti a chi ha già esperienza.
Durante la lezione verranno eseguiti Pranayama, (esercizi di respirazione) Asana, (posizioni corporee) e Meditazione accompagnata durante il rilassamento finale in Savasana (posizione finale di rilassamento), il tutto con un sottofondo musicale.
Lo scopo della lezione sarà sia il risveglio muscolare che il rilassamento psico-emotivo.
