Basic Prana Flow Vinyasa


Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, holistic approach to embody the flow of life and yoga. Cultivated and developed by Shiva Rea.


In this class you awaken energies in your body and mind through flowing, pulsating movements.

Combined with Pranimal Breath, the asanas are put together to form new, creative sequences.

The "wave theory" developed by Shiva Rea helps you to develop your full potential here, asanas are always taken up in new ways within a Prana Flow class.


This class is particularly suitable for beginners, or for anyone who has a regular practice, but wants to focus on orientation again.
