Parent Child Yoga

Time together for you and your child:

We practice parent-child yoga together for two hours. We move, tell stories, play, laugh, massage and relax together.

The focus here is not on the asanas, as is so often the case in adult classes. We go to eye level and discover full of curiosity what is possible together. Of course, having fun is the most important thing.

Prior knowledge of yoga is not required.

Costs: €35 per couple (one adult and one child)
For children from 6 years.
Please come in comfortable clothing.
